Who can become a tenant?  Ideal candidates for the business incubator are those starting or expanding a small business.  Some examples of eligible tenants are assembly, light manufacturing, wholesale distribution, research and development, service firms, and professional services.

Those who wish to become a tenant must complete the following selection process:

-Complete a "Tenant Application Form".

-Submit a Business Plan -- technical staff will assist in plan development.

-Complete an interview with Manager and/or Board of Directors.


-Sign a lease agreement with the Pioneer Center for Business Opportunity.  See--Manufacturing Lease or Office Lease
